At Basset's Brain Academy, we take great pride in the quality of our educational materials. Due to the nature of our program and for the safety and integrity of our curriculum, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any delivery-related issues, please contact your respective shipping or delivery provider directly to file a claim. Basset’s Brain Academy is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during transit.
